Join us for a meaningful & energizing weekend at the beautiful Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida. This year’s Annual Meeting will bring our team together to reflect on our accomplishments, share important company updates, & look ahead to the exciting goals for 2026.

All employees are invited and may bring one guest — whether that’s a friend, spouse, or family member.

(1 guest is fully covered by the company & you are welcome to bring along your family or additional guests at your own expense.)

✈️ Travel & Transportation

Fly into: Tampa International Airport (TPA) – All departments will work directly with your Manager to coordinate scheduling flights.
Arrival transportation: Private ground transportation will be provided through The Wilbur Group.
To help us coordinate airport pickups & returns, you must fill out your travel information in the drop down on the Registration tab once you & your guest(s) flights are booked. This will secure your transportation to & from the hotel.

What to Pack

Keep an eye on the projected weather forecast for preferred attire. Below are recommended outfits for events. More details provided on the Schedule Page.

Men

Pants, Shorts or nice Jeans with Polo/Button-down or Hawaiian Shirts
Dress Pants, Collared Shirts and Dress Shoes
Suit with Jacket and Tie
Sandals or Flip-flops

Women

Sundress, Dressy Shorts or nice Jeans and Blouse
Business Dress or Pants with Blouse
Cocktail Dress or Dressy Separate
Sandals or Flip-flops

Guests

DB&A covers all costs for one guest and one hotel room, Friday – Sunday. Additional guests and rooms will be at the expense of the employee. Rooms can be reserved at the event rate of $264.00 per night.

Extended Stay

If you would like to extend your stay, you must have vacation time pre-approved by your designated manager. Additional nights will be at the expense of the employee at the event rate of $264.00 per night.
