DB&A Annual Meeting

Booking Travel

Refer to your manager for travel approval. Upon booking, select the charge and activity code “Annual Meeting”.

Check-In

Check in time is 4PM. If you plan to arrive early to the hotel, contact the resort to ensure they can make the accommodation.

Transportation

The resort is located 11.8 miles from Miami airport. All employees and guests may Uber/Lyft/Taxi to and from the airport. Transportation receipts will be required for reimbursement. If you are renting a car, this will be at your own expense.

What to Pack

Keep an eye on the projected weather forecast for preferred attire. Below are recommended outfits for events. More details provided on the Schedule Page.

Men

Pants, Shorts or Nice Jeans with Polo/Button-down or Hawaiian Shirts
Dress Pants, Collared Shirts and Dress Shoes
Suit with Jacket and Tie
Sandals or Flip-flops

Women

Sundress, Dressy Shorts or Nice Jeans and Blouse
Business Dress or Pants with Blouse
Cocktail Dress or Dressy Separate
Sandals or Flip-flops

Guests

DB&A covers all costs for one guest and one hotel room, Friday – Sunday. Additional guests and rooms will be at the expense of the employee. Rooms can be reserved at the event rate of $279.00 per night.

Extended Stay

If you would like to extend your stay, you must have vacation time pre-approved by your designated manager. Additional nights will be at the expense of the employee at the event rate of $279.00 per night.
